Forecast Audit · Scrutineering
Every deal in your forecast, checked on evidence before the quarter is decided.
The Shakedown scores one export. The Forecast Audit goes through your pipeline deal by deal with your sales leader, rebuilds the forecast on what the buyer has actually done, and leaves you with the questions and the rules that keep the number honest after we leave.
- Fixed fee, agreed before we start
- Works from your CRM exports, no new software
- Credited toward the Cockpit setup
Who it is for
For the leader who is about to put a number in front of someone.
- The board meeting, the bank review or the buyer's diligence is weeks away, and the forecast is whatever the team called.
- The Shakedown showed a Delta, and you want to know which deals make up the gap.
- You are about to hire or replace a sales leader and want an honest baseline for them to inherit.
- The commit number gets built in the last week of the quarter and nobody checks it.
What we do
Four steps, about two weeks.
Your exports, scored
You send one export of open deals and one of everything won or lost in the last 12 months. We score every deal and replay your closed ones to set your real win rate and sales cycle.
Deal by deal, with your sales leader
Working sessions on every deal in the period: what the buyer has done, who signs, what has slipped and why. Facts from the CRM, not opinions about the rep.
A forecast you can defend
A rebuilt number for the quarter, deal by deal, with the evidence behind each call and the gap to what the team called.
The rules that keep it honest
Written definitions for each stage and forecast category, the questions each rep should answer before a deal counts, and the CRM fields that need fixing.
What you keep
Yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
- The Forecast Audit report: the rebuilt forecast, deal by deal, against the team's call, your coverage and projected finish against target
- Deal questions by rep for your next pipeline call
- Forecast rules: what has to be true before a deal reaches each stage, and before it goes in commit
- Race Replay: why you win and lose, from your own closed deals, including any renewals lost or churned
- CRM fix list: the fields and habits that need to change so the next forecast starts clean
- A readout session with you and your sales leader to walk the findings and agree what changes
Fee
One fixed fee, agreed in writing before anything starts.
The fee depends on the number of sellers and open deals in the period. You get the exact fee and a one page scope before we start, and it does not change once agreed.
Move to the weekly CRO Cockpit afterward and the audit fee is credited toward your Cockpit setup.
- Not software. Nothing to install and no logins for your team.
- Not call recording or surveillance. Nobody on your team is listened to.
- Not a verdict on your people. It checks the evidence behind each deal, so the conversation stays on facts.
- Not a guarantee of any result. It is the evidence you need to stand behind the number.

Questions leaders ask
Before you book.
How is this different from the free Shakedown?
The Shakedown applies the scoring rules to one file and leaves the questions with you. The Audit puts Jeremy in the room with your sales leader, goes deal by deal, and ends with a rebuilt number and written rules your team keeps using.
How much of my sales leader's time does it take?
Plan on two or three working sessions of about 90 minutes, plus the readout. Reps join only for the deals they own, when a question needs their answer.
What happens to our data?
You send CRM exports under an NDA and a data agreement we sign before any file moves. The files are used only for your audit.
Which CRMs does it work with?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or a spreadsheet. If it can export your deals, it works.
Do we have to move to the Cockpit afterward?
No. Many companies keep the rules and run them on their own. When you do move to the weekly Cockpit, the audit fee is credited toward your setup.
Next step
What would it be worth to walk into your next board meeting with a number you can defend?
Book 15 minutes. We will look at your pipeline size, your timing and what the number has to hold up to, and you leave with a fixed fee and a one page scope.
When the numbers don't support an audit, I'll tell you on the call.
